  • I had been going to the gym on and off for a couple of years and played various sports. I needed to change it up a bit so I thought I would give Fighting fit a try. 6 weeks in and I am feeling great and seeing real differences. Weight has dropped from 13 stone to 12 stone 5 pounds. Muscle tone all over is better, core is much stronger and clothes much looser !!! The classes offer a big variety of workouts from boxing to kettle bells, dumbbells, medicine balls, cardio and body weight exercises. All this as well as motivation and guidance from Dave.
